These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the tapwi online gaming platform, accessible at tapwi.net, including all subpages, services, games, features, tools, and communications provided by or through tapwi ("the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

tapwi reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-screen notification prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

These Terms should be read alongside tapwi's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the binding agreement between you and tapwi.

Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use tapwi. This requirement is mandated under Philippine law governing age-restricted gaming activities. tapwi strictly enforces this requirement and will suspend or permanently close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21. Any winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited in full.

Jurisdiction. The tapwi Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and that your use of tapwi does not violate any law applicable to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of tapwi complies with local regulations in your area.

Registration Process. To access real-money gaming features, you must create a tapwi account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You may not register using false, misleading, or another person's information.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. tapwi is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or UMID card). tapwi may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is completed to tapwi's satisfaction.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tapwi account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tapwi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your tapwi account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify tapwi immediately by contacting our support team. tapwi will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation period.

Accurate Information. You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered name, address, or contact details must be submitted to tapwi support with supporting documentation. tapwi may verify updated information before processing any changes.

Account Closure. You may request to close your tapwi account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. Any remaining cleared balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following successful identity verification.

Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. tapwi reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, with advance written notice to the registered email address on file.

Accepted Payment Methods. tapwi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All account balances are maintained in Philippine Pesos (₱) unless an alternative arrangement is specified at the time of a cryptocurrency transaction.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash or Maya are generally credited to your tapwi wallet within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take up to one (1) banking business day to process. tapwi is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking systems, or network outages outside of tapwi's control.

Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and may be updated by tapwi from time to time. Current limits are displayed on the Cashier page within your account dashboard. tapwi may apply additional transaction limits to accounts under review or pending KYC completion.

Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed during tapwi's operational banking hours. tapwi reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. tapwi will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered or verified under your account name.

Anti-Money Laundering. tapwi is obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) and its implementing rules. Unusual transaction patterns, large or frequent withdrawals, or deposits inconsistent with declared player profile information may trigger an AML review. tapwi may freeze account funds and report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

General Betting Rules. All bets placed on tapwi are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirmation. tapwi will not reverse or refund confirmed bets except in cases of a verifiable technical error on the part of tapwi's platform systems, which will be investigated and resolved at tapwi's sole discretion.

Random Number Generation. All tapwi slot games, instant win titles (including Mines Gold), and virtual games utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. The RNG systems used are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real human dealers and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played.

Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on tapwi, including PBA, NBA, boxing, UFC, and football, are governed by individual market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. tapwi reserves the right to void bets in markets affected by verifiable irregularities, abandoned events, or force majeure circumstances. Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the player's wallet.

Disconnection Policy. If a player is disconnected from tapwi during an active game session due to internet or device failure, tapwi's servers will continue to process the game round according to its rules. Bets in progress at the time of disconnection will be settled when the game round concludes. tapwi is not liable for losses arising from disconnection due to factors outside of tapwi's platform infrastructure.

Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes or displayed winnings, tapwi reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return staked amounts to the player's wallet. Apparent jackpot wins resulting from a system malfunction are not valid and will not be honoured.

General Bonus Terms. tapwi may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published for each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your tapwi account are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.

Bonus Abuse. tapwi reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if tapwi determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players to meet bonus conditions artificially.

Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players in good standing on tapwi. Players whose accounts are under review, have pending KYC verification, or have previously violated these Terms may be excluded from promotional offers. tapwi reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Commitment to Responsible Gaming. tapwi is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. tapwi encourages all players to set personal limits and to be aware of the signs of problem gambling.

Player-Controlled Limits. All registered tapwi players have access to responsible gaming tools within their account dashboard, including:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Session time reminders and automatic session duration limits
• Loss limits per defined time period
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension from 24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Permanent self-exclusion for players who require a full break from gaming

Deposit and loss limit reductions take effect immediately upon request. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory reflection period before taking effect, in accordance with responsible gaming best practices.

Self-Exclusion. If you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic, tapwi strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings. A self-exclusion request will result in your account being suspended for the duration you select. During a self-exclusion period, tapwi will not send you promotional communications and your account will not be accessible for gaming purposes.

Age Verification. tapwi takes the protection of minors seriously. If we have reason to believe that a registered player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately pending verification. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tapwi. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual player
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account without their explicit consent
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with tapwi in a way not intended for human players
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other player-versus-player formats
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines
• Using tapwi to facilitate or engage in any unlawful activity under Philippine law
• Accessing tapwi from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tapwi staff or other players in any communication channel

tapwi reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's conduct falls within the above categories. tapwi's determination is final in matters of account suspension and forfeiture arising from prohibited conduct.

All content available on the tapwi Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, brand names, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of tapwi.net, is the exclusive property of tapwi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tapwi Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes as a registered player, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the tapwi Platform without tapwi's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of tapwi's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

Platform Availability. tapwi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or factors outside tapwi's control including telecommunications outages, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions. tapwi will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Financial Losses. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. tapwi is not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of gaming activity on the Platform, provided that such losses arise from fairly conducted games in accordance with the published rules. You acknowledge that it is possible to lose all funds deposited into your tapwi wallet through normal gaming activity.

Third-Party Services. tapwi is not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of third-party payment processors (including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and others) or third-party game content providers. Any disputes with third-party service providers must be addressed directly with those providers.

Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tapwi's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tapwi account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tapwi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by tapwi's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering for a tapwi account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalised gaming experiences where applicable.

tapwi implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include TLS encryption for all data in transit, secure password hashing, OTP-based login verification, and access controls limiting staff access to player data on a need-to-know basis.

tapwi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — tapwi will provide notice via the registered email address on your account and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice. The date at the top of this document reflects when these Terms were most recently updated.

Your continued use of the tapwi Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using tapwi and may request account closure as described in Section 3 of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Regulatory Oversight. tapwi operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute or complaint regarding tapwi's conduct as a licensed operator may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with their published complaint procedures.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and tapwi arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue available legal remedies before the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines.

Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described above.
